Function

  • Receive and review applications for land development, planning permission, building plan and other plans related to the applicant.
  • Examine the applications received fulfill the basic requirements or conditions prescribed.
  • Circulating the development proposals to the relevant departments for processing and technical departments / agencies concerned to review and outlook.
  • Monitor applications that have been distributed to the technical departments / agencies.
  • Inform the local central committee of the applications received.
  • Get further feedback from technical agencies if there are issues and problems.
  • Collect and coordinate certification papers prepared by the designer department, building department, engineering department, together with the pre-calculated plan to be forwarded to the local committee meetings.
  • Distribute the results of the committee meeting on the approval of the local planning permission and plans to land a pre-calculation of the land development application under Section 124 A and 204 D farrowing.
  • Acting as the secretariat of the meeting which set the date and ensure the meeting two (2) times a month and provide minutes of meetings and maklumbals for circulation.
  • Collecting paper-making central committee meeting to inform the local council meeting of PBT.
  • Distributing formal decision to the applicant, objector, and department / technical agencies.

Objectives

  • Coordinate and facilitate land development application approval process, applications for planning permission, building plan, earthworks, road and drainage plans and other plans related to the proposed development.
  • Shorten the time and speed up the process of application development proposal under the build then sell (BTS) within four (4) months under the concept and architecture (JKB) within six (6) months.
  • Procedures and processes of development proposals, taking into account the provisions under the National Land Code 1965 (NLC 56), Town and Country Planning Act 1976 (Act 172) and the Street, Drainage and Building Act 1974 (AKTA133).
